We are looking for Parent Volunteers at lunchtime each day. Our hope is to offer students a variety of activities to participate in each day during their lunchtime. If you have some flexibility in your day and are interested in coming on campus to work with our students, please fill out this form.

FREE BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR ALL STUDENTS
For the school year 2023-24, one breakfast and one lunch daily are provided to all students at no cost. Students should know their school ID number to enter when getting their meals. Menus are updated monthly and can be accessed online.
HEALTH OFFICE UPDATE
To Parents of Current 6th Grade Students: Just a reminder that your child will need to have their TDAP immunization before entering 7th Grade. If you have any questions, please contact Theresa Green in our health office at 760-331-6390.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM FOR TEENS
If you know a young teenager looking for an after-school activity in 2023, please let them know about L.I.T.E. – Leadership in Training & Education. This city program gives younger teens in grades 6 - 9 a place to come and learn essential life skills in a fun and safe environment. We focus on career builders, communication, community service, finances, college, team builders, and leadership. Daily homework assistance is also provided. The group meets at the Pine Avenue Community Center.

ASB is starting a Chess Tournament at lunch starting on Tuesday, February 18. Please fill out this form if you are interested in playing in the Tournament (you must be using your school email to sign up). Please sign up before Tuesday, February 18 to be entered in the tournament.

Raising Cane’s Fundraiser
Get ready for a tasty way to support our school! We’re hosting a Restaurant Fundraiser Night at Raising Cane’s in Vista Village on Thursday, February 20—and we need YOU to join in the fun!
How to help:
Simply grab a meal at Raising Cane’s anytime between 12 PM – 8 PM—dine in, drive-thru, or even order online! A portion of the proceeds will go directly to our ASB, helping us fund awesome events and activities for our school. Honor Roll Celebration
Great news - CHMS has over 400 students who have achieved Honor Roll for the First Semester!! Students who received over a 3.5 GPA with no N's or U's for citizenship make the honor roll.
The PTSA will be hosting a celebratory snack and dessert bar on Friday, February 21st during lunch. We are in need of donations for the snack/dessert and volunteers
Donations can be dropped off anytime in the front office.
