The attendance hotline is a 24/7 number to report your students' absence or late arrival.

• When calling the attendance hotline, please state the date, student's name, your relationship to the student, teacher's name, and the specific reason for the absence.
• Providing a reason for your student's absence is required for the absences to be considered excused.
• Please call as soon as you aware that the student will be absent. Absences that are not cleared within 24 hours will be treated as unexcused absences.
• Students should not text or call parents to pick them up if they are feeling ill. They must go to the Health Office and a staff member will contact parents/guardians. Cell phone usage can result in a cell phone violation.
• Even if notify your student's teacher of the absence, you must still contact the school office.
