I was a substitute teacher before I was a full time teacher and I spent time subbing in every grade level kindergarten through seniors in high school.  I learned through that experience that the people that were the most inspiring, creative, and considerate were the middle school students.  I then went to school specifically to be a middle school teacher.  I love working with middle school students- especially when it comes to helping them understand how the world around them works!
