I am excited to have the privilege of working with your students in their Middle School Years. I’ve been a School Counselor since 2008 working in Elementary, Middle and High School and Middle School is my favorite!  I grew up in the Chicago South Suburbs and received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and my Masters Degree in School Counseling from Lewis University. 

We love Chicago, but my husband and I wanted more of an outdoor living lifestyle for our family so we took a leap of faith and moved to beautiful Carlsbad in 2016!  We love living and working in Carlsbad and love the community!  In addition to being a School Counselor, I am a wife and a mother of 2 wonderful boys: Jackson (7th grader at Valley) and Ben (6th grader at Valley).  We are constantly busy with sports- baseball and football but in my free time, I love spending time with my family and friends hiking, going to the beach and hopping around Carlsbad.
