ENROLLMENT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS NEW TO CUSD

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT

New student enrollment is processed electronically. Please complete the enrollment process and submit all required documents online. The school will contact you once the information has been verified or if additional information is still needed.

WEB ORIENTATION

WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) Orientation Day for 6th grade students and students new to the school: August 23rd, 8:00 am-12:00 pm in the CHMS Gym. WEB Leaders (8th grade students) will facilitate an exciting day of activities for 6th graders to make them feel supported and help them feel like they are a part of the CHMS family. 6th-grade students should wear comfortable clothes and bring a copy of their schedule. No backpacks, please.
